Victorian Postal Order First type, first P.O. on first day of issued 1st January 1881. 000001. Ten denominations issued from one shilling ('for one shilling' in sum block) up to twenty shillings 1s 1s6d 2s6d 5s 7s6d 10s 12s6d 15s 17s6d 20s. Each Postal Order was handmade. The name of the issuing office printed in the top corner.
