The Isle of Man Treasury has decided to not to let collectors obtain banknotes from their branches on the Island, this is a blow to collectors and a short sighted policy on behalf of the Treasury as any banknotes bought by a collector is a 100% profit for the Treasury and can only have been good for the Manx economy.
